Overview

Ski in two countries — North Macedonia and Kosovo — on one unforgettable adventure. Enjoy untouched terrain with daily descents of up to 1,200 meters, exploring the remote peaks from both sides of the Shar Mountains and Kepi Bard peak on the border with Albania.

Beyond the slopes, discover the cultural highlights two countries and Ohrid (UNESCO World Heritage), while experiencing authentic local cuisine and wine throughout your journey.

Led by certified English-speaking local ski guides, this cross-border tour combines thrilling alpine descents with cultural immersion in the heart of the Balkans.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Day

Meet your guide at the airport (Skopje or Pristina). Transfer to Prevalla, a ski village in Kosovo. Overnight stay.

Day 2 & Day 3: Ski Touring in Prevalla (Kosovo)

Ski tour from Brezovica, Kosovo’s top ski resort. Use lifts optionally. Peaks: PiribegBlack Peak. Ascent: 1000m. Duration: 5–6 hrs. Evening transfer (2.5 hrs) to Popova Shapka, Macedonia.

Day 4: Brezovica Ski Center & Transfer to Macedonia

A short transfer brings us to Pelister National Park, famous for its 5-needle Molika pines found only in the Balkans. We hike through peaceful forests to scenic viewpoints before enjoying a homemade village lunch and visiting a local bee farm.
Distance: 12 km | 4 hrs | ↑400 m ↓400 m

Day 5: Shar Mountain (Macedonia Side)

Guided city tour UNESCO city of Ohrid, visit the monastery St.Naum. Optional activities: Kayaking / SUP / Sailing on Lake Ohrid. 

Day 6: Korab Mountain peak Kepi Bard

4×4 transfer to the 1,450 m start point. Tour toward peak Kepi Bard near Mount Korab. Ascent: 1,300 m / Descent: 1,300 m. After skiing, transfer to UNESCO Ohrid for an overnight.

Day 7: Rest Day in Ohrid

We finish the tour in Ohrid. Enjoy lakeside cafés and lunch, and optional cultural visits. Guided walking tour of Ohrid’s historical sites. Free afternoon to relax by the lake.

Day 8: Departure from Skopje

Transfer to Skopje or Pristina Airport based on your flight schedule on the way, visit  Skopje city. End of the tour.
