Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
Bookings for tours or services are made via the email address displayed on the EasyGo Macedonia website. By making a booking, you confirm that you are doing so on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
When booking, you must provide all preferences and requirements, including accommodation, food, and transportation. If you or any member of your party has a medical condition or disability, you are required to inform us before confirming the booking. This allows us to assess the suitability of the chosen tour and make any necessary health and safety considerations. Full details of such conditions must be provided in writing at the time of booking.
If any medical issues arise between the time of booking and the departure date, you must notify us immediately. All personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour. All payments must be made directly to the official EasyGo Macedonia company bank account, as indicated on the invoice. Once we receive your deposit, you will receive an official email confirming your prepaid services and reservations.
Note: All prices are subject to change due to seasonal adjustments, currency fluctuations, fuel prices, unforeseen economic conditions, or typographical errors.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a program in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that cannot be prevented or avoided. In such cases, your full payment will be refunded. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the client (e.g., flights or personal costs).
By agreement, the amount paid can be transferred to another program or rescheduled for a different date. Easy Go Adventures reserves the right to suspend or remove participants from the program in cases of improper behavior, such as failure to follow safety instructions or actions that compromise the group’s safety. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

If you encounter a problem during the program, you must immediately report it to your EasyGo Macedonia guide and, if applicable, to the local service provider (e.g., hotel management). This allows us to resolve the issue during your trip.
If the issue cannot be resolved locally, you must submit a written complaint to us within 30 days of your return, including your booking information and a detailed description of the problem.
